Make sure to visit Casa Loma, which is Toronto’s only castle. This incredible building will give you a glimpse into the life of a rich Torontonian back in the early 20th century. Plus the architecture is stunning and it also offers a nice view of the city. Children will also enjoy the tour, especially around Halloween where the castle turns into a haunted playground for all.
One of the magnificent things about Toronto is that you can have the experience of eating food from different cultures from all over the world without even leaving the city. Try Indian curry in the Indian district, or Greek salad at an authentic Greek restaurant, to couscous, the Moroccan dish all on the streets of Toronto. As the Chinese community is a quite large in Toronto, head to China town for great markets and good deals on many items from clothing to electronics.
Whether you are enjoying a night of theatre and dance in the Theatre District, dancing to Latin or jazz rhythms in one of the many nightclubs or walking down the boardwalk near the edge of Lake Ontario, Toronto is a city, which will remain with you always.
