An online travel agent has revealed some of the more unusual complaints it has received from holidaymakers in the last year.

One couple claimed that the lunchtime cocktails at their resort were surprisingly strong, leaving them rather worse for wear during the afternoon

Hot weather, strong alcohol and melting ice cream were among the most bizarre complaints made by British holidaymakers this year, according to one online travel agent.
