The 2010 Shanghai World Expo has been the talk of Asia for the past few months.  The long awaited expo which took a total of 8 years in the making, is governed by the theme: Better City, Better Life.  The convention invites officials from all over the world to showcase their concepts for innovation and design stemming from future policy making, urban development, and sustainable advancement.  These ideas are intended to encourage diversity and prosperity of cultures in the city, remodeling of communities, and improved interactions between urban and rural areas.  From May 1 to October 31, the expo will explore different facets of urban development in themed pavilions titled: Urban Footprints, Urban Planet, Urban Dwellers, Urban Beings, and Urban Dreams.  Aside from providing a platform for countries to discuss innovative ideas, the Shanghai World Expo hopes to improve relations between all nations, and to promote a harmonious friendship for future years.  The expo expects 70 million visitors and has already welcomed many.  Don’t miss out on this epic global event and get your tickets soon!
